Is antisemitism up? Yes, it is up, but remember what Semitic means: the peoples from the ancient middle east. Antisemitism is up in the U.S. as is demonstrated by the actions of DHS and attacks on Semitic people. While Israel becomes more European, the most adamant seem to be the Russian Jew immigrants to Israel. By definition, they are not Semites, but the Palestinians they oppose are. Arabic is a Semitic language. Arabs are Semites. Just as the Catholics of early Maryland hanged Protestants, Jews have oppressed the native Palestinian Islamic people they displaced. As Maryland had to act in a more civilized manner, so must Israel, and the Muslims they oppose.
