Inyo Craters Route Finding

This little project gives some hints on following cross country ski trails, showing the markers and area for the tour to Inyo Craters. Started late in the day, stopping constantly to photograph meant I had to start back short of the craters. This does show the condition of the trail and markers, and helps find them. Where the markers are hard to find I centered them, and have sharpened them and adjusted the lighting.

Look back frequently, snow, snow mobiles, and the sun hide your tracks.

Conditions apparent
Markers 2 & 3 are pointed out with my poles
Trails are not maintained, so new brush may hamper looking and progress.

Obvious it is not
The next mark is beyond the down tree
At least it discourages snowmobiles from using our trails.
